What do we mean when we say we're "#1 in Customer Service"
CSI (Customer Service Index) is calculated using surveys mailed directly to everyone who buys a new boat from us. This program is conducted by the NMMA and Yamaha . These surveys initially are sent out about 2 weeks after delivery and then about every 6 months there after. We continue to receive scores over 95%! This is 10 points above the industry average!
