CSI (Customer Service Index) is calculated using surveys mailed directly to everyone who buys a new boat from us. This program is conducted by the NMMA and Yamaha . These surveys initially are sent out about 2 weeks after delivery and then about every 6 months there after. We continue to receive scores over 95%! This is 10 points above the industry average!

We have a reputation for having the cleanest, most well maintained used boats anywhere. We keep them clean and maintained for immediate delivery. We offer a verity of services including financing, trailers, seasonal storage, and world wide delivery. Selling Your Boat?
We offer a unique service for sellers of 16 to 30 foot boats. We offer free local pick-up along with detailing and repair services in an effort to achieve a boat that is fairly priced and ready for the market. We manage all phases of the sale including world wide advertising, financing, insurance, tailoring, storage, and world wide delivery. All boats are washed at least once a week and ran regularly for immediate delivery. The sellers boats we sell can forget about the late night calls, the no shows, and all the other hassles involved in selling a boat. You can have peace of mind knowing your boat is being maintained, advertised and sold by professionals who sell over 100 pre-owned boats a year.
